How can I renewal my domain name?

Your domain name will be renewed automatically, unless we received your two months notice.

The cancellation of the contract is described in our General Conditions, article 8.1:

"The Client can terminate the current contract only by giving a prior notice of two months by means of a registered ordinary mail (Register.be - Register NV, Roodebeeksesteenweg 206, 1200 Brussel). The Client will not be refunded for the already paid subscription rates."


About 4 weeks before expiration date, you will receive an invoice for renewal of the domain name.


In case you don't want to renewal the domain name, you have to send at least 2 months before expiration date a registered letter or fax (+32.2473701) to cancel your subscription.


Once this period is exceeded, the renewal will automatically proceed.


Without registered letter, we can not stop your subscription, and the renewal will be charged.


During the period of two months before expiration date, as long as your products are not expired, you can send a registrated letter or fax (+32.2473701) to our legal department which will treat your request.
