How can I manage my passwords?

To receive your login and password of your Domain Manager:

- Log in into 'My Account'

- Enter your e-mail address (login)

- Click on 'I forgot my password. Send it to me'

The password will be sent to you immediately


If you don't have access anymore to the e-mail address entered when you ordered the first time, you can send us a new valid e-mail address with a copy of your identitycard.


How can I change the password of the Domain Manager?

- Log in into your Domain Manager with your login and current password

- Click on 'My Account' and 'Login & password' in the menu on the left

- At the bottom of the page you can change the password

- Click on 'Save'


How can I change the password of my mailbox?

- Log in into Domain Manager

- Click on 'Configure Mailbox'

- Select the e-mail address for which you would like te change the password and click on 'Configuration'

- In the field 'Password Configuration' you can change your password

- Click on 'Save'


How can I change the password of the Hosting and Database?

You can not change that password.


Which format do I have to use for my passwords?

The passwords must contain at least 8 characters existing of uppercase, lowercase and numbers.
