New .BE transfer procedure



1. The owner contacts a new agent to transfer his/her domain name.

2. The new agent asks DNS.be to send an autorisation code.

3. DNS.be sends the autorisation code to the owner's e-mail address (available on the whois: www.dns.be).

4. The owner gives the autorisation code to the new agent

5. The new agent executes the transfer transaction using the autorisation code.

6. When the autorisation code is valid, DNS.be executes the transaction immediately.
