How can I check if my mailbox works?
To check if your mailbox works on our platform:
1. Check if the mailbox exists via the Domain Manager, either as a mailbox or an alias
2. Check if you can access your mailbox via our Webmail, using your email address and password
If you can log in via our Webmail, the connection and mailbox work well.
