Message: 'Warning: Approaching mailbox message quota limit'
Please check the steps below to resolve the problem of exceeding quota on your mailbox:
1. If you set up a new mail client (especially with Mac):
- When you configure your e-mail address in a mail client like Outlook, Thunderbird, Mail ,… it is possible that the default settings are different.
- Always check in 'advanced options' what your mail client does once the emails are downloaded to your computer.
- If you receive messages like 'Warning: Approaching mailbox message quota limit', please change the settings in 'advanced options' to ensure that your mail client removes the emails from the server after downloading.
2. If you use the Webmail, it is possible that you have reached the quota limit. Please verify in all folders (deleted items, sent items,…) the number of e-mails and delete them if necessary.
3. If the e-mails in the webmail don't reach the quota limit and you still receive this warning, please send an e-mail to info@Register.be.
