What can I do when I receive SPAM?
The option SPAM-filter is available in your Domain Manager. This option allows you to limit the SPAM-mails entering your mailbox.
Via your Domain Manager, in the section "Mail Configuration", you can change the level of your SPAM-filter (Low-Medium-Hard).
The higher the level of the filter, the bigger the risk an e-mail will be considered as SPAM and the more e-mails will be blocked.
If an important e-mail is being blocked by the SPAM-filter, you can deactivate the filter.
